TASTING NOTES: Our 2018 Estate Sauvignon Blanc is showing superbly this vintage with beautiful aromas of white flowers and citrus notes. Vibrant Golden apple, lemon-lime and hints of peach flavors seamlessly combine on the pallet allowing for a nice, long finish. Stored in oak barrel for a short period, this is a richly textured wine that is perfect for the dinner table while still showing the moderate acidity we always enjoy from our Estate vineyard. Pair this lovely beauty with summer salads and pastas, sushi or a good book on the veranda!
