If you close your eyes you can smell the honeysuckle with stone fruits – apricot and white peach. Our winemaker definitely stuffed an Asian pear in there somehow. A nice light toast with a supple or subtle (you decide) nuttiness. Has a bright acidity and is very clean with all the before mentioned attributes.
