Tasting Notes:

Dense blue tinted garnet, this wine is very beautiful in the glass.  The aromas are Bing cherry and raspberry with light cedar and a touch of sage.  The mouth is very full and fleshy with firm acidity and structure to pair with your most decadent meat dishes and rich sauces.  This wine will age a very long time and will benefit from being put away, out of site for 3-5 years if you can.
