Dense crimson color from the Ilsley hillside vineyard, this wine is displayed beautifully in the glass.  Aromas of dark cherry, ripe berry with a hint of mint on the finish.  This wine displays energetic inviting tannin on entry with full and fleshy mouthfeel.  A flavorful and rich berry medley of black cherry flavors, hints of spice and mocha then a touch of oak into the dry and lingering finish.  Ideal acidity and structure that you will enjoy with decadent and rich food dishes.
